Banoze Tyres Wholesale is a Trade-Only supplier. By creating an account, you warrant that you are a registered automotive business. We reserve the right to verify business premises before approving accounts.

2. Pricing & Orders

• All prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
• Orders are subject to stock availability at our London or Manchester hubs.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock discrepancies.

3. Delivery & Claims

• Same-Day Delivery: We aim for rapid fulfillment, but delivery times are estimates and not "of the essence" of the contract.
• Shortages/Damage: Any discrepancies must be noted on the driver’s delivery note and reported within 24 hours.

4. Title of Goods

All tyres remain the legal property of Banoze Ltd until payment has been received in full.
